[postgis-users] shape to postgis inporter fails or crashes

There was a crasher in the GUI associated with encoding that was
fixed, so when the 1.5.2 builds are out, give them a try, hopefully it
should be gone. Can you give me a URL for the afghanistan files to
download from?
