[postgis-users] exterior rings in multipolygons

It helps tremendously. For now, all this may simply have been a user-error (but, the plus side is, I learned quite a lot). But, I will continue to investigate as to why in ArcMap it selected "two" features when I selected only one. Got to make sure stuff is coming out of Arc correctly.
