Andrea,

The fix is in the PostGIS 2.0.0 SVN too which we have very recent
experimental builds of (as of Saturday actually).

Though it’s a newer shp2pgsql, it should work just fine with your PostGIS
1.5 install.

during an import task I have had the problems described here:

I'm using PostGIS 1.5.2 for Windows. Is there the possibility to download a
shp2pgsql windows version that runs properly for this kind of import work?
