Andrea,
The fix is in the PostGIS 2.0.0 SVN too which we have very recent
experimental builds of (as of Saturday actually).

Though its a newer shp2pgsql, it should work just fine with your PostGIS
1.5 install.
Thanks,
Regina

Subject: [postgis-users] PostGIS Ticket #779
Hi all,
during an import task I have had the problems described here:
http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/779
I'm using PostGIS 1.5.2 for Windows. Is there the possibility to download a
shp2pgsql windows version that runs properly for this kind of import work?
Thank you very much,
Andrea
