[postgis-users] GEOS-3.3.0rc1 released

First release candidate of GEOS-3.3.0 is available for download:
http://download.osgeo.org/geos/geos-3.3.0rc1.tar.bz2

Please test the build system and all your client against it.
Note that C-API clients (like PostGIS) shouldn't need to be rebuilt,
and would automatically use the newly installed library.

This release brings many bug fixes and performance improvements,
as well as many new features that you may want to start hooking.
