I will try on my laptop.
For your information, I am going to use MapInfo as GIS Engine. Is PostGIS v2.0 compatible with MapInfo?

I've updated the post. Please install the GDAL Python bindings
separately. Download the installer from
http://vbkto.dyndns.org/sdk/Download.aspx?file=release-1310-gdal-1-8-mapserver-5-6%5CGDAL-1.8.0.win32-py2.7.msi

Or you can use any of the executables at
http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/
