Hi Puneet,

I used these commands with the latest Kyngchaos packages and was able
to build Postgis 2.0:

export CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/pgsql-9.1/include/server
export LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/pgsql-9.1/lib
export CPATH=/usr/local/pgsql-9.1/include/server/
export LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/pgsql-9.1/lib

./configure \
--prefix=$HOME/bin/postgis-2.0 \
--with-pgconfig=/usr/local/pgsql-9.1/bin/pg_config \
--with-geosconfig=/Library/Frameworks/GEOS.framework/unix/bin/geos-config \
--with-projdir=/Library/Frameworks/PROJ.framework/unix \
--with-raster \
--with-topology \

make clean && make

sudo make install

After that, I modified the path to avoid calling the default
/usr/bin/psql Mac version.
