[postgis-users] One-way replication from ArcGIS 10.0 or 10.1 to PostGIS?

You may want to ping the people at GeoCat. Their ArcGIS plugin GeoCatBridge seems to be able to do just that... Hence, they may be able to give you some ideas how to go about doing this yourself.
