[postgis-users] [GENERAL] pg_dump -s should use add_geometrycolumn(...)

Hi,

pg_dump -s should use add_geometrycolumn(...) instead of creating a
column+constraints with normal DDL
Because, when you don't dump the data, then the record in geometry_columns
is lost.
