OK.

Here is an exmaple about ld.so.conf file:

ld.so.conf.d:
/usr/lib64/pgsql
/usr/local/geos-3.3.1/lib
/usr/local/proj-4.7.0/lib

For this examples the GEOS library directory and PROJ library directory must
be added to the ld.so.conf file in order to be used in the compilation for
POSTGIS.

Can you post an example of what you mean? I didn't quite understand that.
