[postgis-users] How to import raster file (*.tiff) into POSTGIS 2.0

Hi

it has been said in one of the post that the  python script to import raster
file in POSTGIS 2.0 has been deprecated. 
if this is so...........then how to import the raster file 


please give me the detailed steps.
