Hi Steve,

the postgresql package is included from another repository:
server:database:postgresql 

https://build.opensuse.org/package/users?package=postgresql&project=server%3Adatabase%3Apostgresql

Best would be to contact the maintainer Reinhard Max (rmax), if you
need changes for that packages. His contact is max at suse.com.
