[postgis-users] Postgis 2.0 Most northern point on the Raster

Hi,

I am writing a program to calculate haat or Height Above Average 
Terrain. In order to follow the FCC specification I need to find the 
raster pixel that is at 0 degrees or North at 16 km away from the 
transmitter. Am I missing something simple? I cant figure out with the 
current features how to do so projection independently.
