[postgis-users] cannot start postgre sql server

Hello,

I have recently installed postgresql version
"PostgreSQL 8.4.14, compiled by Visual C++ build 1400, 32-bit" on my
windows 7 OS

i tried to uninstall n install many times....but it gives me same error
every time. I don't know whats wrong.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
