[postgis-users] Installation

I am havin problems installing PostGis 64 bits on Windows Server through
pgAdmin III. Everytime the installation gets stuck where ir says "Checking
for existing PostGIS installation.... "
I've tried to install it  and also dowloading directly from the website and
it got stuck on the same part but where it says "Removing existing
template_postgis_20 database..."
see attachmet.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
