[postgis-users] pgraster sql

Anyone know why the postgis raster support files (rtpostgis.sql, rt_postgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql, rtpostgis_legacy.sql, raster2pgsql) are no longer part of any of the postgis package distributions for RHEL5/centos5/fedora? My admin was trying to install and we noticed that they weren't in the place we usually find them. It's not a big deal as I can easily install them myself. I was just wondering if there was a reasonable train of thought or if we missed something.
