[postgis-users] Qgis : display Postgis Raster as a filesystem ?

You'd have to provide significantly more information about your QGIS
setup, specifically GDAL version.  I've found that the big limiter for
outputting PostGIS raster in QGIS is the GDAL PostGIS Raster driver,
which is sorely in need of work.
