[postgis-users] colldata2pgsql still available?

We are trying to import 3d shp files into postgis (version 2.0.2) and shp2pgsql isn't working.  We thought we might try a different approach and keep coming across the collada2pgsql tool, but can't seem to find where to download the tool or which library contains the tool.

Is colldata2pgsql still around? Or is there another way we might try importing 3d shp files into postgis?
