[postgis-users] permission denied for relation geometry_columns on postgis 2.x

No, I didn't
Gisadmin user isn't the owner of the postgis db and I don't like it to be
so (superuser).
It must only  create tables and edit them
And there are users that can only query tables..
I know there are roles, groups and users in postgres but I didn't
understand how to use them efficiently...
