No problems. In fact you can go straight to PostGIS 2.1.0 if you are on
2.0.0 with an in-place upgrade.
If you are using raster heavily, I would highly recommend you go straight to
2.1 because the performance, stability, and feature enhancements between
PostGIS 2.0 and PostGIS 2.1 are humungous.

Has anyone been upgrading through these 2.0.x releases? Any specific
pitfalls or gotchas to doing an in-place upgrade of PostGIS from 2.0.0?
