[postgis-users] [postgis-devel] Extension upgrade has no update path 2.1.1 to 2.1.7

FYI.

EnterpriseDB has fixed the problem with the installer in the latest
download via their stackbuilder app. The latest download is PostGIS 2.1.8
and it includes the appropriate upgrade sql files.
