[postgis-users] create table from existing raster table

What do you mean by "proper"? How is it? Your query should results in a raster column.

I was wondering how we could create table from existing raster table ?

I tried:
create table newrastertable as select ST_Slope(rast) from existingDEMrastertable

​but I couldn't get proper raster table

how can we do that ?
