Can you share the query and some minimal test case that shows the issue?

Keep in mind that, in ST_AsMVTGeom, both the geometry and the bounding box
(first and second arguments) should use the same SRID / coordinate system,
and that only 2 dimensions are used to generate the resulting geometry.
