Any idea why the 2nd digit in the so file is dropped?

We used to have

postgis-2.5.so

in the past. It is now:

postgis-3.so

which broke my packaging. Assuming that we will have 3.1 anyway in the past,
any chance to add the second digit back?

Thanks!

Cheers,
