[postgis-users] How to get around to store and allow access metadata in PostGIS

I tried to find a way to store metadata in PostGIS.  I tried to use the
Comment box of PostGIS to provide a brief description of the data.  It
could be found by QGIS.

However, it could not be found by ArcGIS.

Anyway to resolve the issue?
