[postgis-users] St_raster and ArcGIS reading data from PostGIS

What is the difference between raster data type and st_raster data type?

Apparently, st_raster is required in order for ArcGIS to read in raster
data from PostGIS.

Has anyone got experience in reading data into ArcGIS from PostGIS?
