[postgis-users] PostGIS 3.2.0, The Olivier Courtin Release

The PostGIS Team is pleased to release PostGIS 3.2.0, the Olivier Courtin
release.
This release is dedicated to Olivier Courtin, a long time PostGIS developer
who passed on in March 2020.
