You can safely ignore this since your query returns 2.4.9
SELECT postgis_scripts_installed(), postgis_scripts_released();
postgis_scripts_installed | postgis_scripts_released
---------------------------+--------------------------
2.4.9 | 2.4.9 r0
The issue is we started our migration from svn to git and so the revision
number was registering r0 somewhere and we fixed in the 3series (and I think
2.5) but not in older which we planned to End of life (EOL). I'll check to
make sure we have it fixed in 2.4.10 which will be the last release of 2.4
before we officially mark it as EOL.
Thanks,
Regina

Subject: [postgis-users] procs need upgrade after linux update
Hi,
We did a Linux update. Afterwards we saw some ".procs . need upgrade"
messages. We did some "alter extension . update to ." but the message is
still there (see below).
Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks, Markus
