[postgis-users] PostGIS 3.3.0rc2 released

The PostGIS Team is pleased to release PostGIS 3.3.0rc2.

If no breaking issues reported by EOD Friday, we will release 3.3.0 shortly
after.

Best served with PostgreSQL 15 beta3, GEOS 3.11.0, and SFCGAL 1.4.1.

Extra features enabled if you are running with PostgreSQL 15, GEOS
3.11.0, and SFCGAL 1.4.1.

The new --enable-lto flag improves speed of math computations.  
This new feature is disabled by default.

Use below to enable it.

 ./configure --enable-lto
