[postgis-users] Can DE-9IM patterns distinguish types of line meeting line at ends?

Line and line meeting at an end point can be found with a DE-9IM pattern.
Can it be used to find different types of line and line meeting at an end
point?

For instance,

Type A:  The end point of a line meets with the start point of a line
Type B:  The start point of line A meets with the start point of line B
