[postgis-users] Automated checking of continuity of use of names in a network

Very often, GIS data are recorded as nodes and links in depicting
networks.  How best of checking for continuity of link names at nodes is of
interest.

For instance, linear features  are used for represent a street, perhaps it
is a very long boulevard in a capital city.

Questions arise!  Have all these linear features got correct attributes
(e.g., names) on all linear features making up the very long boulevard?

If there be any change in names, are these changes are plausible?

Any automated way to check out such issues in data?
