[postgis-users] New book to the documentation page of postgis.net

Hello everyone !

I have just published a book about PostGIS.
This is the first complete documentation of PostGIS in french.

Is it possible to add it into the "Documentation" page of the postgis.net
website, under the book section ?

The ideal will be :

(550 pages) - Released in march 2023 - French
