[postgis-users] PostGIS Docker Update: Postgis 3.3.3 & PG 16 Beta1

Hello PostGIS community,

We are delighted to announce that our Docker images
(Alpine and Debian versions) have been updated to include PostGIS 3.3.3.
In addition, we've also prepared two new test images for PostgreSQL 16
Beta1.
- postgis/postgis:16beta1-3.3.3-alpine
- postgis/postgis:16beta1-master
