[postgis-users] Purge of old released notes

Hi !

I was wondering why the old released notes have been removed from the
changelog ?
I often use this document to find when changes happenned.

I understand that it can be really heavy by the time but is it possible to
find the old changelogs in other files ? maybe one file by version ?
Is it something that you want to do ?
