Problem to Upgrade from 3.2.3 to 3.4.0

Whichever version is installed last determines the default version,
so I guess 3.2.3 was installed *after* 3.4.0.

You'll have to re-install the newer PostGIS version.
Maybe take the chance to directly install 3.4.2 
(released on Feb 08, 2024) to get more bug fixes.
