PostGIS 3.5.4 in PGDG packages?

Hello,
it looks like the PGDG Debian/Ubuntu packages don't yet include
PostGIS 3.5.4 and from a look  at earlier versions it probably should
have appeared around Friday.
Is this a known issue in some part of the packaging pipeline or maybe
a misunderstanding on my end?

I tried digging in both PostGIS and PostgreSQL issue trackers, but I
don't think I found anything relevant.
