[OSRS-PROJ] PROJ 4 documents in pdf

Hi all,

the PROJ4 docs are provided in PDF format (converted from Postscript
originals), but the font quality is quite poor due to the conversion
process. Is there a chance to access the original (La)Tex files to
prepare new PDF files using build-in fonts?

Perhaps the author still have these files?

Sorry if this is a FAQ,
I would be willing to process the latex files,
