Yes, yes.  I complaining to myself about the several problems with conversion
to the proj script I elided over the tan/sec definition.  Indeed, lat_1=  k_0!=1.
is
secant form.

Somewhere I believe there is a formulae to convert lat_1 k_0 to double
parallel form and converse.
