[OSRS-PROJ] Australia Grid Shift support

I understand Proj 4 supports Grid Shift (eg US NADCON shifts) and was
wonderign if anyone has incorporated the grid shifting parameters necessary
for shifitng between the GDA66 and GDA84 Australian datums, the latter being
based on WGS84.  I can access the grid values and would be happy to
incorporate the functionality if someone could point me in the right
direction
