[OSRS-PROJ] Winkel Tripel or Winkel 3 Projection

The OpenGIS and EPSG used the term "Compound" and the meaning
could be taken from this extract from the OpenGIS specifications

"This indicates a compound coordinate system, which combines the coordinate
of two other
coordinate systems. For example, a compound 3D coordinate system could be
made up of a
horizontal coordinate system and a vertical coordinate system."

We were probably misled by the Japanese document to think there was a "W3".
Could be a language/translation problem - or yet another Japanese simplified
term :-)
