[OSRS-PROJ] how use "proj"????

thanks for this tips, but i think that there is a antoher problem..

i have a point in lambert 2 and i knew the same point in lambert 3 :
 
lambert 2 : 845265,7-  1818412,7
lambert 3 : 844852,6 - 118461,4
 
and i used "proj" like this : 
proj -I +init=esri:27572 | proj  +proj=lcc +lat_1=44.10000000000001 +lat_0=44.10000000000001 +lon_0=2.33722917 +k_0=0.999877499 +x_0=600000 +y_0=3200000 +a=6378249.2 +b=6356515 +towgs84=-168,-60,320,0,0,0,0 +pm=paris +units=m
 
845265,7-  1818412,7
 
result :
844871.71       3118490.64

 
 
i use also "cs2cs" :
