[OSRS-PROJ] Commission on Map Projections

The International Cartographic Association (ICA - ACI) approved a new 
commission on map projections at their International Cartographic Conference in 
Durban, South Africa, in August.

Some of you might be interested. Please direct inquiries to me. I am 
commission chair.
