Nuts, Nuts, Nuts.

There seem to be several errors on p. 20.  They look like typos with
reasonable guess corrections but they throw doubt on the whole
work.

Does anyone know if there is an errata sheet for "Map Projection
Transformation---Principles and Applications" by Qihe, Snyder and
Tobler?
