[Proj] cs2cs, new datum definition, towgs84, no_def

Hi,
I realy tried to find this information in manuals but with no success.
1. how to define new datum to be shown by $ cs2cs -ld
2. is somewhere documentation about file syntax i can call by +init.
Especialy information about towgs83 (the rotation units?, rotation
orientation clockwise?,scale units?), no_defs etc.
