Oops: Editing madness. The two previous lines should have been:

	projPJ fromProj = pj_init_plus("+proj=latlong +ellps=WGS84");

	projPJ toProj = pj_init_plus("+init=esri:2393");

And, all return codes are checked in the program. I just left that off
for clarity.
