I am trying to verify, or get a "second opinion" on, a cs2cs transformation from EPSG:26591 (Monte Mario Italy) to WGS84 geodetic. Could anyone offer a suggestion for non PROJ.4 solution (preferably free) that they would trust to verify the cs2cs results?
