[Proj] Italian Catastal System

Hi Cliff and thx for your help (also from all the italian GFOSS comunity)

One of those is Monte Mario...its coordinates are:

WGS84
lat 41°55’27.851’’ 
long 12°27’07.658’’

ROMA 40
lat 41°55’25.51’’
long 0°

No false E or N.

If you can send me the proj line, I'll do the others on my own...
