While we were implementing Krovak for ESRI software, we were sent 
7 test points. I don't know how official these are, as the source is 
unclear. Two of the points show up in another document sent by the 
ESRI distributor in  the Czech Republic. The longitudes are Greenwich-based, 
Bessel 1841 and the XY axes are south-west oriented, rather than east-north. 
The sample you posted is EN. When using the SW version, I got
