[Proj] cs2cs with WGS72

Naiara,

There is no PROJ.4 recognise datum called WGS72 (use cs2cs -ld to see
show short list of built in datum names).  Instead you can just use the
WGS72 ellipsoid with no other datum modifiers.

eg.

+proj=latlong +ellps=WGS72
