[Proj] Error to convert latlong to lambert2et

Thanks steberi, you are right ! The complete proj command line is working.

My 27572 code is different from your's (lon_0=0 and some other things). My 
proj version is :
$ proj
Rel. 4.5.0, 22 Oct 2006
