[Proj] Re: cs2cs and Visual Basic .NET

I have already copy the following dlls in my app folder but the problem still
exists.proj.dll and gdal14.dll weren't in any folder of FWtools and I downloaded
them.I hope to downloaded the right files.So the dlls in my app folder are

gdalconst_wrap.dll
gdal_csharp.dll
gdal_wrap.dll
ogr_csharp.dll
ogr_wrap.dll
osr_csharp.dll
